Itoh Peony Cora Louise's large flowers are beautiful in the vase and bouquets, too. Itoh peonies are a cross between exotic tree peonies and perennial herbaceous peonies. Blooming in mid to late spring, these easy-care perennials look good in mixed perennial beds, as foundation plantings or even grouped as a low-growing hedge. Growing 23-27" tall, Cora Louise produces up to 50 blooms per plant. Peonies grow best in full sun to partial shade. Deer tend to avoid.
